fish, originally known as School of Orange Fish Following Leader, is a user account picture included in Windows XP, licensed from Corbis. It was taken by Warren Morgan as part of photographic duo R.W. Jones (the other member being Rick Rappaport)[1], who also took XP Release Candidate 1's Crew sample picture. Like Bliss, it also came from Westlight, a small stock photo agency bought by Corbis in 1998. It depicts a butterfly fish underwater. The same image was also used for the Follow wallpaper, which features the orange fish that are following the butterfly fish.

Along with butterfly and snowflake, it is one of the only user account pictures that was licensed under a rights-managed license for XP, as it originates from Westlight. All three happen to originate from images that feature multiple of the thing being depicted. It appears Morgan took his photography from Corbis down during the early 2010s, as no stock photo links (save for a dead F1 Online link from 2011) have been found. However, a high res version has surfaced, along with a shot featuring only one of the orange fishes in a darker ocean.
