'''Roger Ressmeyer''' (died August 2018) was an American stock photographer and filmmaker. His photography generally focused on space and science-related subjects. He has taken three images that were used as [[Windows]] wallpapers: [[Solar Eclipse]] from [[Windows 2000]], along with [[Radiance]] and [[Stonehenge]] from [[Windows XP]]. He was represented by [[Corbis]], who bought his Starlight Photo Agency in 1995, which he founded in 1981; therefore it is likely that the three images of his that were used in Windows originate from there. He passed away due to a stroke in August 2018, and most of his images are no longer commercially available.
