SE_neutral_wallpaper is the default wallpaper for international releases of Windows XP Starter Edition. It depicts the My Computer folder icon in the top left corner, the Microsoft wordmark in the top right corner and the Windows XP logo and wordmark towards the bottom right. Both the computer icon and Windows logo have duller appearances than usual. It is unknown who created it, but it can safely be assumed it was created in-house, although the computer icon was designed by Iconfactory. It does not appear in region-specific versions of Starter Edition, which instead feature their own unique wallpapers depicting various landmarks.
