I did some research and found out that both of the images are in Volume 8 (Backgrounds and Objects). I have managed to find a copy on eBay. --Ljcool2006 (talk) 04:40, 8 January 2022 (UTC)

Ah my bad, I was just going off by memory and yes it's indeed on that CD. However, I don't think German Cheung is the photographer - a lot of these microstock sites like Big Stock Photo and Can Stock Photo feature stolen images, in fact many Windows wallpapers (the versions shipped in Windows) are on those too. Luckily the CDs do have photographer credits included with them, but sadly the people that dumped these CDs years ago only did the bare minimum and dumped the high res images rather than the whole CDs, they didn't care about the preservation aspect it seems.
